Our structured recruiting process is divided into the following steps:
Preparation:
- Structured analysis of the company’s situation and environment
- Complete creation of a detailed job profile
- Setting a timetable for the project progress
- Development of the recruiting strategy, selection of the project team
Execution:
- ECreation of a list for designated companies in cooperation with the client
- Research by phone, identification and screening/profiling of potential candidates
- Regular information to the client about the current project in accordance with the agreed communications strategy
- Qualification, reference checks and complete interview with the candidates
- Durchführen von teilstrukturierten persönlichen Interviews
- Compilation and presentation of the qualified candidate profiles (including the personal and professional development and an evaluation of the personality of the candidates)
- Discreet collection of reference and financial data on request and under specific agreement with the client
- Presentation of interesting candidates to the client
- Coaching of the selected candidates to contract
Follow-up:
- On request advice on the training needs
- Integration support (coaching / feedback meetings) as required
